I really like this product! I have been grinding my teeth for most of my life, resulting in receding gums that will require surgery in a few years. I had a professionally made bite guard that over the years did not fit properly and became too lazy to bother with. Huge mistake. Since 2020 was such a hot mess my stress levels rose to the point where I was grinding my teeth and clenching my jaw to the point where I couldn't take it anymore. When I stumbled across them I thought why not and I'm glad I did. My headaches are already significantly reduced and I am sleeping comfortably with no dry mouth, no strange breathing, and no slipping or moving. It was easy to shape, I actually made two at a time, and the material is easy to care for. I also showed the product to my dentist (who is also my uncle) and he was impressed and happy with how it fit. Even if you're not sure if it will work for you, the price alone is worth at least trying it out. Definitely recommend :)
