It's definitely more than I thought it would be, not that I'm complaining. This is a sturdy bag that can hold quite a large amount of content. I wear it with locks and bolts - until it breaks. The only thing is that the fabric of the inner pocket is sewn to the body near the zipper (seen from the inside), this prevents it from opening completely and when storing something heavy or bulky, the inner pocket does not stretch, it just frees up space, by gently pulling the zipper down. It's not a big deal, but for those picky about aesthetics, it's more of a hybrid of a soft and hard toiletry bag.
