Review on Focus Optimal by Jay Lee

I am working with focus optimal for over 3 years now, they are knowledgeable, passionate about their work and very professional. They make sure that every client is satisfied, I can't think of anything bad about them as it's been great experience so far - if you really want to improve your organization then contact them! we solved challenges related to data quality/accuracy, process improvement by developing an end-to-end workflow framework. The software is very user friendly, everything you need at your finger tips when searching for data! I wish that they would allow more than one view of an account (i.e., both top level & sub accounts). It was difficult navigating between Accounts/Sub-Accounts without having access all within just 1 window - this could be addressed with some fine tuning perhaps? Nothing so far really dislike about FOCUS OPTIMAL except maybe the price tag but it's still worth every penny if used correctly :).
