This is my third case for my 13" MacBook Pro (2015) - and the first that actually works. This is exactly what I was looking for. I carry my MacBook in a backpack, which unfortunately has very little padding. Of course, I also needed a case in addition to the backpack. (I also like the "case in backpack" idea because I don't have to take my computer out of my bag to get through airport security .) The first case I bought didn't have enough padding, especially in the corners.. I spent a lot of money on this computer and it's important to me to protect it.The second case was better, semi-rigid, but they was at least 2" oversized in both dimensions, causing the computer to rattle there. The Tomtoc fits great and has plenty of padding around the sides and corners. Two other things I particularly like about the design: The Re zipper is not in the middle; You place the computer in the bag and the padding covers the sides and edges and the zipper is above the center line, about the same level as the cover. As a result, the computer does not rub against the zipper, but against the padding. Second, the case opens just wide enough for easy removal of the computer, but not far enough that I'm concerned that it will fall out when I open the case. (This was an issue with both other cases I bought). In addition, it looks very nice and is comfortable to hold. I don't usually write reviews, but this article turned out to be such a perfect solution to the problem of how to adequately protect my laptop that I wanted to share these thoughts.
