Easy to program and works great
They fit my 2004 Mazda minivan, including unlocking both sliding doors with a second push. Programming was easy, just make sure you complete the steps within the allotted time, otherwise you'll have to wait and try again. I've included a picture of the card showing where to find programming instructions in case your card doesn't come with this card.
