Purchased on Black Friday. Arrived on time and we pack. It was quickly inflated to the right size and had no visual defects. The first night wasn't very good, mainly because we're not used to sleeping on it. However, each subsequent night only got better. When I wake up, my back, shoulder and hip pain are significantly reduced. I sleep on my back and side and my husband sleeps on his side and stomach and we both really enjoyed sleeping on him. It's comfortable and supportive without being too hard or soft. It's soft and comfortable, yet dense enough to support and support the body. My husband isn't hot either (almost feverishly hot) and sweats a lot at night, but this seems to help him stay cool as I haven't been woken up by wet sheets yet. It fits my queen with a bit of headroom on either side so there's no problem with it being smaller than advertised. It doesn't slip or move at night even when my husband has bad dreams and drives a lot. I haven't had any issues with it being crushed or deformed, but to be honest we haven't had it that long. I would buy again. Btw, my cat loves it and now sleeps in bed most of the day. Also, I weigh about 200 pounds and my husband is about 150 and we both find this topper comfortable and easy to sleep on. Edit: 3 months later and I still haven't experienced any deterioration. It's still completely fluffed up, the foam doesn't sink or get crushed. I would highly recommend to others that my cat sleeps with us all night and fights with us for bed space.
