I ordered this hair dryer in February. In the beginning it was great. It dries my hair twice as fast as my other hair dryers and the noise level is very low compared to many of my previous hair dryers. Unfortunately, the plug falls out of the socket very easily. The hair dryer cable is long, so not too far. It has fallen out several times, the penultimate time the part that plugs into the socket broke when it landed on my tile floor. Today the plug fell out again, landed on the tiled floor and a spring jumped out somewhere. Tried to reassemble it and the dryer stopped working. I've had $25 hair dryers that have lasted 5+ years, the forks have fallen on the floor and never broken. I will never buy this again. Hope it has warranty.
