For the price, this kit is outstanding. The big-name stores like Target carry a different brand, that easily costs 2x-3x more. We have some of those ones. These ones do not seem to be inferior in any way, and they come with so many different shapes and blocks that it’s easy to keep playing without running out of ideas or blocks to do what you want.Just the same as the expensive ones, they’re not particularly strong magnets though. I’m sure that has to do with the fact that little fingers could get snapped or pinched between stronger magnets. Our two-year old boy has no problems getting these apart, but he does periodically get frustrated when he can’t really lift his creations off the floor without them falling apart. Again, the same thing happens with the expensive ones.It comes with a closing bin that has a handle to carry it, which is definitely nice to clean up and stay organized when playtime is over. This is a fantastic value for the money, especially when compared to the ‘name-brand’ ones found in retail stores.
