This is an update of a previously submitted review. In my original review I said I was not happy with the product due to functional issues I found with my sons bey blades and accessories. I am giving this review again due to the seller's overwhelming customer service. I AM INCREDIBLY SATISFIED WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM and DEDICATION to the seller's customer service. The owner of Ash Brand (Mary) contacted me and expressed her concern about my dissatisfaction with the product. There was very direct and meaningful communication and she went above and beyond to resolve the issue/problem and ensure I was happy. As she is very customer oriented, she was happy to listen to my concerns and concerns. I will 100% use this company again! She even asked me for recommendations and I was happy to share some product ideas. GENERALLY, this company (Ash Brands) and owner (Mary) have earned my respect for the actions they have taken and I would definitely recommend them and their products. Stand-up companies and stand-up holders. We need more companies and owners like this. I hope this review helps.
