Unfortunately it is now a subscription product which I am not happy with. My fault for not researching this better. Downgraded with a broken database and subscription. :(I ordered a second camera. The base didn't fit the camera. This is a known issue. Blink sent me a replacement base which took about a week. I give 4 stars because the camera is good and the customer service was also very good, but the socket was a bit frustrating.
