From the shipper's review, I should have noticed a reviewer who stated that it was difficult to get a snug fit with Drew's Velcro. Besides that. As a completely flat footed person who uses arch supports, I have found that the velcro often does not retain a snug fit due to the velcro slipping. In short, I think I was wrong, although otherwise the shoes are quite high quality.
