The return was a little slow also the time it took to get a refund was a little slow. but the shoes are very good. It was just the wrong size and fit my feet.

Sole on right boot blew straight through after only 4 months of normal use. Eighty-one dollars wasted. The shoes look attractive but are clearly made of inferior material.

As a completely flat footed person who uses arch supports, I have found that the velcro often does not retain a snug fit due to the velcro slipping.
