Upgrade; The seller contacted me and offered me a new set and apologized for the issues I had with my recent orders. My daughter got a new set and so far so good. Considering that they are intended for children, they have a really wide range. She can drive around the block and I can still hear her perfectly. Last but not least, the customer service is excellent. My daughter is very happy with it, which makes me happy. They were great while they worked. My daughter was so happy when she received them and they worked great until about 2 weeks after Christmas. One of them stopped working so I sent them back and asked for a replacement (and no they weren't batteries) then the same thing happened with a new set so I sent them back for a refund. Very disappointing.
