When I first bought Every Man Jack Beard Oil I really liked this product. So I've decided that Revain will send it to me regularly. When my second container arrived I found that the packaging had been completely altered. Instead of being in an easy-open jar, it arrived in a sort of Chinese puzzle box. After breaking the box, getting my fingers caught a few times trying to open it, using a screwdriver to pry open the top of the box, and putting beard oil in a kitchen waste bin, I found that I can just unscrew the top half of the box. Crate. It's a decent product (not as good as a beard balm) but should ship with instructions so customers know how to access it.
