This is a great memory pillow. Very durable and perfect for my neck which is sensitive due to an old injury. This pillow had a very slight odor when first taken out of the bag but I let it air out for 24 hours and the odor was completely gone. I ordered this pillow after trying and returning a LUCID Lavender memory foam pillow which gave me a horrible chemical burn on my face from sleeping on it through two pillowcases one night - I love the smell of lavender chemicals, not from essential oils! I was happy to receive this Bedstory pillow and made it so perfect after such a bad experience with the LUCID pillow. I would recommend this pillow to people who are sensitive to chemical odors and need a good firm pillow.
