This is a handy little compressor for personal use - it should not be used commercially or heavily. I used this to inflate my low tire. My tire pressure was 20psi and the max for my tire was 44psi. The tire was inflated from 20 psi to 44 psi in under 5 minutes (4 minutes 32 seconds). I think it's a bit longer than it would take me to inflate at a gas station. But for the peace of mind I have knowing I can inflate a tire in an emergency, that short time is enough for me. The device is easy to use, just attach the plug to the pole - there is a locking mechanism so you don't have to hold it in place. Plug the device into the cigarette lighter and switch it on. When finished, turn off the device, unplug the cigarette lighter and unplug the bus. The device is LOUD. I pumped up a tire in the driveway and got a few curious looks from the neighbors. It sounded like I was seriously working on my car! The device also comes with extra ports so I actually blew up a few balls when I plugged it in. Overall, as a personal air compressor, it offers excellent value for money. It works well and is very easy to use and I feel a little more confident having it in my trunk with a can of Apartment Fix.
