Good I have a lot of experience with this product. Initial purchase of 3 and then another 1 based on early experience when HR first showed up. first immediately 3. PLEASE UNDERSTAND that what this thing does in operation is phenomenal. The interface is great. BUT >>>> it doesn't work for long.1. A very athletic family, but none of them wore a pool or shower. Water is not a problem. Everyone is engaged in different sporting things.2. All originals have broken due to broken bracelet, face or charging cases, most of the time they just fell off or just stopped working/charging. The warranty allows for an exchange and they do an excellent job. However, substitutions fail in the same way or in a different way. Get spares to replace it and it fails. Literally everyone bought in the last 15 months has been replaced at least 3 TIMES. That's 12 Fitbit hours in less than 2 years. CRAZINESS. It's so addicting that we only put up with it because FITBIT seems to recognize the problem and replaces them. after some back and forth. Talk about the concept and technology totally let down on production/manufacturing/quality control issues. Simple, the product is addictive and great, but the product also suffers from flaws entirely.3. Replacement Guarantee – 5 STAR plus plus. but it's just a horrible experience to literally collapse every few months. Yoga, running, gym classes, dumbbells - we do it all and wear it almost 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If the number of steps/HR/calories burned is almost correct, this is a great addictive product. Even with the calibrations off, if they match at all, I'll take it. For me there is no class action lawsuit. Bottom Line: Don't buy this product until it has lasted more than a few months. This is a fitness tracker, so do fitness, so it must withstand running, yoga, basketball. Someone will hit them if they can't solve these problems. I'm tired of having to deal with a complete collapse of HR at 149.99 each. Even with a replacement policy.
