This is a camshaft sensor, not a crankshaft sensor
I ordered a camshaft sensor and received a crankshaft sensor. Both installed. And Subaru starts, idles and drives smoothly. None of the old sensors failed, but where it started failing it was noticeable. By simply replacing these simple sensors, new life was breathed into my car. In most cases, a sensor failure can cause many problems. Not always mechanical.
