I like how easy it was for me as an admin user, that's why i've been using this software since last 5 years in my previous organization which we used VMware ESXi product (in fact its not cloud). No dislike experience at all from our side while working here! It has helped us reduce cost of infrastructure by 50%. We are saving almost half amount per month compared before implementing these products. This helps you save money if your IT Infrastructure spends more than 30% or 40 %of total budgeted expenses then definitely go ahead!! You will see benefits after some time but first few months might be little bit less smooth because there may be initial learning phase when new users come into picture but once they get familiarized everything goes fine. From simple things such as creating VMs/VMDKs up till managing VM images across multiple environments - very good feature set available out of box alongwith customizations.
