The platform is easy-to use for new users as well experienced employees alike! It would help if you could set up more templates or custom fields - but it works really great otherwise!! If your looking into an HR Management System then this one will suit all of our Business Needs & Requirements without any issues at all. We are able to track time off requests/approvals in realtime which has definitely helped streamline processes within my department while cutting down administration costs by over 50%.
