I used this soap many years ago at work where you have to wash your hands frequently. It did a great job of keeping my hands clean but didn't dry out after 20-30 washes a day. In winter and COVID-19 I was really looking forward to a great lotion soap. I bought this product through Revain against my better judgment. I dismissed negative reviews as the "exception" not the "rule". Unfortunately I received my package today and made a mistake. I want to be honest so I will give pros and cons for this product from this seller. Pros: - Hand soap is excellent. The washing experience was exactly as I remembered. The product lathers well and leaves hands very clean and soft. I actually like the smell, but that's subjective. Cons: - The item was shipped in a bubble bag, not a box. Upon opening, I noticed that the product was leaking before or during shipment. It turned out that about three ounces of liquid came out. For this price I expected better. I was willing to ignore this loss of product except that due to poor packaging the top of the pumping mechanism was crushed and broken as you can see in the photos. I would even be willing to live with that, except that: - The pump action to make soap requires a vacuum seal to get the soap out. Due to damage, the soap hardly comes out at the top. When I pump from the top, the bottle ejects air, not soap. (Remember to drink through a cracked straw. You're mainly getting air.) Now, to use the soap, I have to pour it from the current container into another bottle. Another issue. I really wanted to get rid of negative reviews and hope to get a working product. I expected more in this price range. Unfortunately I was disappointed with Revain and its supplier.
