The place I get my ears sells this in small bottles and they recommend using this to clean my piercing and reduce inflammation. I love how this keeps my piercing clean. I see complaints that the soap bottle leaks a bit at times, but I had a small leak. I love this scent and also put it in the guest bathroom to keep my hands clean before dinner. The aroma is very pleasant.
