It is better to have few pots.

Cookware is expensive, but it performs extremely well and is well worth the price. It's better to have a few good quality pots than a bunch of inferior ones. In addition, the customer service is excellent. After purchasing my first item (it's my second already) I called and 360 immediately sent me their DVD which for some reason wasn't in the box.
