I like how easy it was to set up our system using their training materials that came with your software package, as well as all available technical support from both phone & email! Once we had everything configured properly there were no problems at first glance upon launch day.

We are still looking into some areas but nothing too big right now. The product itself has great features however you have to be willing go through training if needed or pay someone else to do so because they don't offer an online option yet which would help greatly when setting things up initially. This helps make sure everyone knows what's going where during implementation process by having them walk though each function individually instead of doing one large class over several days.
