I didn't buy this for tools, I bought this for my bowling balls. When I get to my locker, I have to drag three or four balls onto the lane where I'm bowling. I have this in my car and I have a ball in my car that doesn't fit in my locker. So it folds up and I keep it in the car and at night at bowling I roll it out and put my only ball from the car in it. I roll it down the alley to my locker. There I put the other three balls in a bucket along with my boots, our talisman, tote bag, bowling towels and whatever else I carry on the lanes. It maneuvers beautifully and is a lot easier than lugging around a bowling bag with two or three bowling balls. At the end of the night I roll it back to my locker, throw everything back in my locker except one ball which I keep in the car, then I roll it back to my car, take the ball out and put it back in 10 seconds. . It's much more convenient than bowling bags. Just throw everything in and drive away. I really like it and other bowlers have asked me where I got it from. It works well and is strong enough for 4 bowling balls and accessories so I think it will work great for the tools it was designed for.
