So far, so good. It's plain and clear. It's great for working from home. It facilitates the use of headphones (both wireless and wired). The packaging was good. It has all the components. Looks good on the table. In terms of functionality, there were several issues: 1. Lots of noise initially. It quickly became apparent that it couldn't be plugged into a docking system (or any other type of USB hub). Connect directly to laptop2. Echo: Others heard double noises. I soon discovered that I needed to turn off other microphones on Laptop3. When entering the zoom, it is not used as a speaker and microphone by default. You had to remove and reinsert the USB stick to activate this. Another workaround (2 above) is to disable everything on the laptop. This can be a problem for people who move their laptop around a lot. For this reason only 4 and not 5
