This speaker is a very cool device

I work from home and make calls using Skype for Business on my Windows 10 laptop. This speaker is so much better than wearing a headset all day , I can hear everything loud and clear, notifications, music and conference calls. People can hear me very well without that weird "breathing" you can sometimes hear when wearing a headset. was clear, with no background noise, and has cool intuitive controls. Besides the sound quality, I like the touch buttons for sensitive controls and the lights that…

The best though. on computers and accessories

So far, so good. It's plain and clear. It's great for working from home. It facilitates the use of headphones (both wireless and wired). The packaging was good. It has all the components. Looks good on the table. In terms of functionality, there were several issues: 1. Lots of noise initially. It quickly became apparent that it couldn't be plugged into a docking system (or any other type of USB hub). Connect directly to laptop2. Echo: Others heard double noises. I soon discovered that I needed…

Like a more expensive product! I have both!

I bought this solely for my son when we needed distance learning so he could mute the sound more easily and hear the teacher better. It worked very well. Compared to my version of the Jabra that I use for work (as a trainer who has run hundreds of meetings and training sessions worth over $100), the ONLY difference is the amount of light that gets into the device. This means my Jabra has a ring of light all around when you mute it. On this, when you press a button, only the area around the…

Great audio input and output!

Those who have to listen to me with magnification have told me that this is my best microphone. Tried three external microphones. This is also a speaker and I can clearly hear the other participants. I don't have to look in a certain direction (e.g. I can turn my head and speak) so that others can hear me well. I put it in the middle of the table and the whole family can video chat with others. Chat. I would like the cable to be about 12 inches longer. It has a USB adapter that fits my laptop…

Great home office product - really worth the money

For many of us, my home has become my office, which means I have a lot more meetings than before. So first off, headphones/headsets/earbuds are all sorts of tools to help you become more tired at the end of the day. I've been using this device for almost a month now and I'm not as tired as before. For obvious reasons, this is much more convenient. Secondly we have Jabra speakers in our office and I bought these for myself and the quality is great! The buttons work great (some users have…

Great alternative to Jabra

I use the Jabra Speak 410 for work and was looking for something similar for my daughter to use in virtual school but didn't want to pay Jabra prices for it and stumbled upon it. I was expecting it wouldn't be the same quality but wasn't sure how much lower it would be. I was very pleasantly surprised at how great the speaker sounds and how clearly it seems to be heard by teachers and students. It doesn't have a headphone jack or audible tones when you turn the volume up or down using the touch

didn't work with one of my PC's USB 3.0 ports

this speaker offers excellent value for money. It comes with a fairly short cable, so be prepared to position the speaker fairly close to whatever computer you're using. I've tried extending the cable using Amazon's 10ft and 25ft cables - and ymmv - sometimes a cable works in one situation and not another. but the original power/data cable works fine - it's very short. Of the 2 PCs and 1 laptop we tested it on, it worked on two. on a PC - the USB 3.0 ports (or the power adapter) were not…

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Plus: small size. palm size. My colleague saw the case and thought I bought a new set of bluetooth headphones because her bluetooth headphones have almost the same case. She was amazed that it was a USB speakerphone as the one we have in the office (Jabra Speak 410 USB speakerphone for Skype and other VoIP calls (US retail packaging)) that we use for Google Meet, are much larger - almost twice as large in diameter. Cons: Sound quality isn't as good as the aforementioned Jabra, which we have…
