Review on 🍏 Aeitto Slow Juicer: Maximize Nutrition with Wide Chute, Cold Press Machine for Fresh Juice Extraction, BPA-Free, Easy Cleaning by Jasmine Smith

I bought this on 11/29/19 but due to a kitchen refurbishment it was sitting in the kitchen unopened. Today (03/10/20) I opened it, washed everything, assembled, connected and nothing. No light, no sound, nothing. I've tried 2 other outlets that I know work, again nothing. I re-read the instructions, even looked for the main switch, but it just doesn't work. The return date is already past due so no return but it's my fault for not testing it when it arrived. Unfortunately, this is an expensive lesson. 03/21/20 - Yesterday I received a replacement from the supplier (1 year machine warranty). Replacement doesn't work either. I emailed the seller today with a video showing none of them working and it includes video of my 3 pin water still running in a plug. I tried other outlets in the house but that's not on the video. Every supplier has a certain percentage of defective products, this is only part of the production. I will post another addendum after receiving a response from the supplier. 4/27/2020 - I just haven't had a chance to sit down and update this review (due to COVID-19). The seller sent me a replacement immediately after reading my review of 3/21/20. The seller was very responsive, very apologetic (never condescending) and kept following me until he found out I have a juicer that works great (replacement). I haven't quite figured it out yet, but I feel like their customer service alone deserves 5 stars! Given their level of customer service I will look for other products from them if needed.
