The customer service has been excellent! Our account manager always responds quickly when we need help (or even just want clarification) about our campaigns' status- whether it's an ad set running in one campaign but not another; getting insights out for reporting purposes etc., as well as any other questions related specifically to adsense/google advertising platforms themselves.- Reporting capabilities are very limited - which makes sense given how new this platform was at launch time vs now-, so I'd be careful if you're expecting too much here compared wth what competitors offer by way of more complete toolsets &amp features such as advanced analytics support across multiple accounts> ;-) Overall though there really isn't anything negative enough associated with these services to warrant mentioning them negatively:- Pricing structure seems fair considering their value proposition / promise offered up front,- As mentioned above they did have some k.
