I ended up having to replace it twice. It had a factory problem the first time and even 24 hours after I got it it kept changing sides of the tape so I couldn't hear the cassette, wasted 20 minutes in customer service. It was eventually replaced and the second one also had a factory issue. It hasn't even been 24 hours. He stopped making music completely. In the end I just sent it back, got a refund and went with another brand.
