Great solution to unify customer communications

The most useful feature is that it allows you access anywhere in your organization, so there's no need for separate teams or departments with their own systems! Also very easy platform integration using Zapier app - great toolkit of integrations available out offthe box without any additional costs (it was free). I do not like how complex system navigation can be at times, especially when working from mobile devices where screen space may become limited as well. For small businesses looking into creating internal support team we've found this service highly beneficial since everyone has one place they go now instead of having multiple solutions scattered across various channels/platforms which makes things easier & more efficient overall.
