Good tool and great response times when needed

The support is very responsive, they are always willing to help with any issue you might have. They can be quite picky about what kind of questions they will answer or not answer. I would like for them to expand their FAQ section so that it covers more detailed topics than just how to enter your password manually. It's good but sometimes there isn't enough information in some areas. Try out smartsupport if you're looking to get a lot of use from the product without having to pay too much money

  • Too many steps required before entering an account number

Great Software Product & Excellent Support

The ease of use, how easy it is for customers or employees alike are great features that I like about this product! It's not so much what we dislike as such but more just things in general with using smart support - maybe some minor bugs here n there? But nothing major really at least from my experience thus far (2 months). Great solution to unify customer communications

The most useful feature is that it allows you access anywhere in your organization, so there's no need for separate teams or departments with their own systems! Also very easy platform integration using Zapier app - great toolkit of integrations available out offthe box without any additional costs (it was free).
