The ease of use, how easy it is for customers or employees alike are great features that I like about this product! It's not so much what we dislike as such but more just things in general with using smart support - maybe some minor bugs here n there? But nothing major really at least from my experience thus far (2 months). We've been able t help our clients solve their problems faster than ever before by providing them access via one place online where they can find answers quickly without having us answer questions over email/phone calls etc..
