The support is very responsive, they are always willing to help with any issue you might have. They can be quite picky about what kind of questions they will answer or not answer. I would like for them to expand their FAQ section so that it covers more detailed topics than just how to enter your password manually. It's good but sometimes there isn't enough information in some areas. Try out smartsupport if you're looking to get a lot of use from the product without having to pay too much money up front. We were able to solve our customer service problems by using smartsupport.
