I am 5'6, 170 lbs. As I expected, the XL I ordered worked very well. So this will definitely be a good addition to my maternity and postpartum wardrobe. I will most likely buy a second set (large) once I get back to my normal size. So scale down a bit and I think you'll be very pleased. I love them because they are COTTON. They're actually 95% cotton so they may shrink with washing and drying, but I don't expect them to be the big ones I'll be looking for in the future. I like a very tight fit on this type of clothing so I expect to be even happier after washing and drying. I love clothes like leggings but in general I don't like the material they are made of, they are not breathable and cotton is so breathable and that is the main reason I LOVE and want them. ❤️
