Review on ISG Technology, LLC by Logan Broadnax

The service and support team is superb. They have always been at the forefront and ready to help. Very knowledgeable and experienced. The product is good but sometimes difficult to understand. Some things are a little too basic or too technical. Good learning and a quick turn around time on new features. We are solving business problems related to our website, our CRM, our billing and our mobile applications and ISG is able to provide us with these solutions. The ability to manage our entire fleet of equipment from one single software application is great! There are not many features but what does exist works well. I wish there was an inventory management system so we could track items easier than using Excel spreadsheets. We have been able to use this program for years now without any issues at all. It has made keeping up with maintenance easy as you can see when your machine needs service right away!
