It's definitely fake
I tried on one of the masks so I couldn't return it. It fits well and comfortably, but when I look at all the misspellings on the packaging and the fact that the DHHS logo is misaligned on it, I realize I just threw $10 down the drain. I will still use them but don't think it's the real deal.
