PLEASE Change Instructions! I disassembled the flush tank to install a new flush valve. I put everything back together and water kept seeping into the bowl. The good news is that the help number provided on the box was answered by someone knowledgeable and speaking English. Bad news: I had to completely disassemble the toilet tank and tighten the 3" nut at the bottom of the tank. The instructions say DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN. So I tightened my hand for the first time. An expert advised me to use a tightening tool. I've done this and it works fine. You have to add that a strong hand is not enough. A lot of trouble doing the job twice.
