I've had bad experiences with non-genuine inks in the past. I'm very critical of how photos are printed, so I checked how well this ink compares to genuine Canon inks. I uploaded a calibration/test photo and printed it with the original inks. Then I changed the ink to Tek-Mall. When inserting 6 replacement cartridges, the ink in the printer shows as original (note that there is an extra black page). I printed the image 3 times with Tek Mall ink (just in case there is some Canon ink left). They are very close to Canon. I photographed ink photos from Canon and Tekmall. Colors are slightly less saturated, but detail/resolution remains the same. Canon photos are always slightly warmer. This is interesting because Tekmall's gray ink is grayer than Canon's. Please note that the photo of the test prints I uploaded is for demonstration purposes, there are differences in shadows and highlights at the corners of the light making them look different in my photo, but they are the same when viewed directly.
