I need this so often I can just vacuum myself. Keeps asking me to clean the main brushes - they are clean! I make sure there's nothing on the floor before I start. It reminds me to wash the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher, but in this case the dishwasher stops and tells you there is dirt and it can't clean it! I spent more time with customer service than with that crap on my floors. Buy a universal one and save yourself the hassle. I've had it for less than two months, a month it doesn't work - iRobot is still waiting for the part to be sent to me. MORE WORK FOR ME
