I thought this would give my hair a little more moisture but to no avail. The directions say to use just a small amount (I have medium length hair so I used a handful each time) and smooth from mid-lengths to ends. Even with a large amount of product, the coverage is not sufficient. I've tried really hard to love this material, even using it as a hair mask of sorts and wearing a shower cap to let it marinate. It has only left my hair feeling less hydrated and frankly more bruised.
