A really necessary purchase, Im glad I found this product.
The lock on the handle allows you to turn the machine upside down during baking and thus additionally distribute the dough inside each form. After spreading the dough on the work surface, I bake 2 minutes in the inverted position of the apparatus and then 5-6 minutes in the usual position
