Super Cute but Runs Large & Not Adjustable.
This is a super cute hat for winter. I have an average size head and it fits very loose. It really isn't adjustable. It has elastic in the back but can't be adjusted. I wish it was adjustable. I kept it because it's super cute & I can still wear it but would look better if it was smaller or adjustable.
