The thin handle broke off when trying to tighten it.
I like the size, that's all! I have to drive 21 miles to UPS to get it back! So it cost me money! It only made about 1/2 pot of espresso because 1/2 of the water on my stove has boiled off. The thin handle broke off trying to pull the base tighter on the second use. You have to tighten it because when the water boils out of the base, it will overcook on the stove and not go through the coffee filter.
