Anyone who complains about this rim/tire cleaner either doesn't read how to use it, can't follow the directions, or is just too lazy to use it properly. That is why they complain about its effectiveness simply because of their own neglect in knowing how to use it. Any wheel that has had brake dust accumulated on it for more than 2-3 months, a little exercise with a wheel brush will produce absolutely wonderful results. Some people complain that once a year they try to clean the wheels by spraying them and rinsing them in less than a minute. No product will work if dirt and brake dust has accumulated for more than 2 or 3 months. Keeping a car clean takes time and effort! This is a great product and one of the best rim and tire cleaners and I have tried many of them. Use it properly and you will get great results.
