I like comfort. What I don't like is the ability to function normally. They randomly detach from the device, squeaking, clicking, crackling, and popping all the time. This is a paperweight. I don't like the support there either, which was zero. The only way to contact them is via email which they only respond to every few weeks when the return policy has expired and I'm stuck with them and can't find anyone who can help.
