I couldn't access all the menu items so I reset the unit using the display controls and then tried pressing the reset button on the front panel . Update the firmware and then could get into other menus, but at that point there were new problems. For example, it scrolls through the phone's menu mode when I haven't pressed a button. This allowed me to dim the display but not return it to its original brightness. After I restarted the device, the brightness could be changed. Sometimes the features worked and after a few minutes they didn't work. I used to work as a 12v installer and am a certified MECP-FWIW installer.
