This is an excellent way to bring some power to a more accessible location. In my case, I have an electric piano that my kids use with an app to learn how to play, and this adapter clamps on to the piano's stand so I can plug the piano directly in, and have one of the included USB ports going to the tablet for the app, and still have another USB available for anyone who wants to plug in a phone or maybe a speaker to amp up the piano in the AC plug.I can see this being great to clamp onto a desk or shelf to give easy access to outlet and USB power that might otherwise be obstructed by furniture or just hard to reach. I also love that the plug is flat so that it can easily hide behind other furniture if the outlet happens to be in a difficult location. So far so good, I highly recommend it!
