I've been looking for a professional chef's knife for a long time. I chose this knife because of the low price and the look. The handle is very comfortable, with a light texture on a durable handle. The handle and blade are seamless and the blade is so sharp I can cut without much effort! The phrase hot knife through butter comes to mind in the context of anything I've sliced, sliced, or diced with that knife. I feel like I am getting a lot of value and quality with this knife.
