This knife is quite sharp and will stay sharp for a long time. I wish it was heavier than it is, but that's not a bad thing. Very comfortable to hold, I use it the most. What doesn't fit so well is that the black color peels off after a long period of use, but that doesn't bother me.

I love this knife. It's just the right size, not big or bulky. Holding it in my hand I feel like it cuts so smoothly and effortlessly. I like the case in which it came. I clean it and put it back in my bag after each use. I've only used it a few times but so far I like it.

To be honest I had my doubts about this knife due to the exceptional price. But I had it for about a week during quarantine so I used it a lot. and i love it! It's lightweight and easy to use, exceptionally sharp and very easy to clean. I'll be looking at other kitchen items they make to add to my arsenal.

I have to say that the Bravedge chef's knife is my Mr. Right. Thanks to its shape and smooth surface, I was able to save a lot of time cooking and cleaning. I've been looking for a professional chef's knife for a long time. I chose this knife because of the low price and the look. The handle is very comfortable, with a light texture on a durable handle. The handle and blade are seamless and the blade is so sharp I can cut without much effort! The phrase hot knife through butter comes to mind in the context of anything I've sliced, sliced, or diced with that knife. I feel like I am getting a lot of value and quality with this knife.

Impressive knife straight out of the box! Nicely packaged. The knife is very sharp but not as sharp as I expected. I like a knife that can easily cut through whatever I'm cooking. Everything was smooth with vegetables, without effort, but it took a little more effort with meat tools. It's still very sharp though. I thought the balance of the knife could be better. I use an 8" Dalstrong chef's knife myself and when my mother-in-law had the chance to use it she was blown away by its sharpness. She used the knives that came with the kit. After she left, I bought her an 8" Bravedge chef's knife because it's so cheap but still has pretty good reviews (Dalstrong was too expensive to give away).
